Todd Gershkowitz, Managing Director

The managing director and co-founder of Three Lens Advisors, Todd is a seasoned leader, manager and strategist with over 20 years of corporate and consulting experience. Todd has held senior corporate positions at Citibank, GE, IBM and UBS. He also worked at Sibson Consulting, advising companies in the financial services, professional services, technology and life sciences sectors. Todd has lived and worked internationally for half of his professional career on expatriate assignments to Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Todd’s areas of expertise include executive and employee compensation strategy and design; the globalization of total rewards systems; building linkages between total rewards systems and performance measurement, organization effectiveness and talent management systems; organizational strategy, including mergers and acquisition execution and post-transaction integration; and corporate governance and disclosure. Todd received his bachelor of science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and his master of science degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, MA. Todd divides his time between Three Lens Advisors’ Boston and New York offices.
In addition to his role at Three Lens Advisors, Todd is an active angel investor and sits on the boards of two private companies: Oxford & Hill, a manufacturer of environmentally safe home products based in Miami, FL; and Vigix, a automated retail technology development firm based in Cambridge, MA. Todd is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Society of Sloan Fellows, an alumni advisory board at MIT Sloan.
Eva Shah, Consultant

Eva Shah is a co-founder of Three Lens Advisors. She has served a wide range of firms as a consultant on strategy, development, business model transformation and operational issues. As an analyst with Morgan Keegan, a leading US investment firm, Eva covered an extensive list of publicly traded companies in the information technology, health care, life sciences and telecom sectors. Eva started her professional career at an Internet startup, 123India.com. As an online user-management and product development manager, Eva successfully expanded 123India’s online community and eventually managed 42 content channels and launched the company’s first strategic subscription-based services. Graduating with honors, Eva received her bachelor of science degree with a double major in finance and economics from the University of Alabama and the University of Mumbai. Eva works out of Three Lens Advisors’ New York office.
Jeffrey M. Eckman, Head of Business Development

Jeff Eckman is a co-founder of Three Lens Advisors with more than 15 years of leadership experience in the technology, media and health-care industries. Jeff brings a unique mix of operational, business development and consulting exposure from his work with public, private and pre-IPO companies, coupled with state-of-the art human resources research and design. Prior to Three Lens Advisors, Jeff served in various management and consulting capacities with subsidiaries of Viacom, Wyeth and Vivendi Universal, as well as with Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Houghton Mifflin Company and Ion Interactive. Jeff's academic work includes research in technology, operations, strategy and organizational design. At MIT Sloan, Jeff published a thesis titled "Does HR Add Value? Diverse Perspectives on Human Capital Management," which examined organization success factors and human resources practices in the life sciences sector. Jeff serves on the Board of the Human Resources Council and is actively involved in community nonprofit organizations. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Northeastern University, where he earned his bachelor of science degree in operations technology, and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Jeff works from Three Lens Advisors’ Boston office.
Daniel Trichon, Research Associate

Daniel Trichon joined Three Lens Advisors in 2008 as research associate. Daniel received his bachelor of arts degree in history from Tufts University and brings experience in logistics, operations and technology. At Tufts, Daniel was president of the association honoring alumnus, actor and cultural icon Hank Azaria. Daniel works from Three Lens Advisors' Boston office.
